[ Guillaume Kick — Fullstack developer & designer ]

I design AND I code
web & mobile products,
made to measure.

Got a prototype built with AI or no-code — it runs, but it’s not ready for real users? I harden it, secure it and ship it to production.

20 years designing and coding web and mobile products in startups: I design the interface — layout, user journeys, product sensibility — and I write the code that holds up under load, from the first screen all the way to launch.

An idea that still needs shaping? I can take it from there too, upstream.

Remote across France — and on-site within two hours of Paris and Lyon, based near Chalon-sur-Saône.

02 · POC → Production

Your prototype runs. But it’s not yet in production.

“In production,” in plain terms: your app holds up under load, your data is protected, and any user can use it — not just you, on your own machine.

You arrive with an app, not a spec sheet — and that’s your biggest asset. The screens exist, the user journeys are settled, the ambiguity is gone. What’s left is the other half of the journey, the half no one sees: making the product robust, secure, maintainable and ready to welcome real users. That’s been my craft for 20 years.

I take over your POC and bring it to production. We keep what has value — your data model, the journeys your users already rely on, the product decisions the prototype has already settled — and rebuild the rest on solid foundations.

The POC wall

  • Built for your machine, not for the webit still needs to go live, with automated updates and monitoring (deployment, CI/CD, observability).
  • Prototype-grade securityAPI keys in plain text, bare-bones authentication to rework before exposing real data.
  • Architecture built for speedmade for a demo, not to absorb ten more features without it all falling apart.

Every project starts with an audit of your prototype: what’s solid, what needs reworking, the plan and the timeline for what’s next — before any commitment.

How it works

  1. 01

    Audit

I read your project as it stands: what holds up, what needs consolidating, what’s putting you at risk.

  2. 02

    Plan

A clear scope: what we keep, what we rebuild, the timeline and the budget. No surprises.

  3. 03

    Build

I rebuild on solid foundations, in stages delivered and visible as we go — never a black box.

  4. 04

    Go-live

Deployment, monitoring, handover. The product is yours — documented and maintainable.

03 · Projects

A selection of projects.

Products led solo, from framing to launch — plus a product concept designed end to end. A connected web app, a conversion-focused site, a community platform, a mobile app. Several settings, one standard.

2025 · Web application · production tracking

Les Ateliers - ENNATO

Production tracking for the ENNATO jewellery workshop: every customer follows the creation of their piece, step by step, from a simple QR code all the way to delivery.

Outcome

Live, connected to the existing Shopify store, €0 in monthly infrastructure. Customer sign-up in a single QR-code scan.

  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Shopify API
  • Free-tier infra

2024 · Showcase site · conversion

Karine Sonigo - Kinésiologie

The one-page showcase site for a kinesiologist in Lyon: an elegant, reassuring journey designed to turn a visit into a booked appointment.

Outcome

Site delivered, self-service online booking: zero calendar management.

  • Static site
  • Online booking
  • SEO
  • Mobile-first

2026 · Platform · community tool

DominAlliance

My personal SaaS product: the coordination app that DomiNations alliances never had — wars, members and statistics brought together in a single tool.

Outcome

Manual battle entry eliminated by AI; a mobile-first tool where nearly 98% of use happens on phones.

  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Prisma
  • Stripe API
  • AI

2026 · Product concept · UX/UI

Parisian Guide

An app that connects, in person, visitors passing through Paris with volunteer locals who love showing off their neighbourhood — a real meeting, not a messaging thread.

Outcome

Twelve screens, two platforms, two points of view — and zero messaging. An app whose success is measured by the time spent away from it.

04 · Services

What I deliver.

01

Products & platforms

Interface, server, database, user authentication, payments: a solid foundation — clean, documented code that another developer can pick up with ease.

02

Mobile applications

iOS and Android apps built to last. Several years designing and shipping React Native applications in production: architecture, technical foundation (boilerplate) and release to the App Store and Play Store.

  • React Native
  • iOS
  • Android
  • Swift

03

Design & product direction

UI/UX, art direction, prototyping: the dual designer + developer profile, from concept to the finished screen.

04

Websites & conversion

Showcase sites and landing pages built to convert, with careful attention to performance, SEO and accessibility.

Already have a prototype underway? I pick it up and take it all the way to production.

05 · Career

From integration to product leadership.

  1. 2025–2026

    E-MOTION e-racing startup

Took over the existing platform and evolved it fast: a multi-site, multilingual, themeable product with a back-office to run it, gift cards and promo codes — technical trade-offs steered at the pace of the business. In parallel, I architected and shipped the V2 platform.

    CTO
  2. 2012–2025

    bee2link automotive digital transformation

Thirteen years of R&D building new automotive SaaS products — from POC to production: e-signature, vehicle trade-in, online sales desk (video and in-app messaging). Production React Native mobile apps, front-ends built on technical audits of frameworks and libraries.

    Frontend Architect / R&D
  3. 2006–2012

XC Développement / XC Web automotive software vendor

Design and architecture of the applications and the shared multi-brand websites (5 brands, multiple points of sale), in ActionScript and on technical audits — plus communication design (logos, brochures, visual identity).

    Design & development
  4. 2004–2006

CCI de Saône-et-Loire chamber of commerce

Communication brochures and a website overhaul with Joomla.

About

A developer with a genuine product-design culture.

Developer and designer for over twenty years: integrator, lead front-end, front-end architect, today freelance. This dual profile of developer and product designer — layout, UI/UX and a strong product sensibility — is how I’ve worked from the start.

Automotive digital transformation at bee2link and XC, steering an MVP as CTO at E-MOTION, AI daily with Claude Code, modular and scalable architectures. Based near Chalon-sur-Saône, France — two hours from Paris and Lyon, and available remotely.

I’d rather be useful than impressive: readable code, products that serve, delivered on time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The site you’re looking at, I designed and coded it. Here’s what I’m asked most often.

My prototype is in no-code (Bubble, FlutterFlow…), can you take it over?
Yes. Whether it was born from a no-code tool, an AI generator or an existing code repository, I start with an audit: what can be kept, what has to be rebuilt, and the shortest path to a real production launch.
How long does it take to go to production?
It depends on the state of the prototype and the scope you’re targeting. The audit sets a clear timeline before any commitment, then I move forward in stages delivered and visible as we go — never a black box.
Do you work remotely, on-site or fixed-price?
All three. Remotely; on-site and embedded in your team, billed on a time-and-materials basis (within two hours of Paris and Lyon); or fixed-price — we choose the arrangement that best serves the project at the outset.
Who owns the code at the end?
You do. The code is yours, documented and maintainable, delivered to your repository with a clean handover — another developer can pick it up without starting from scratch.
