Context
Karine Sonigo is a kinesiologist, self-employed in Lyon. She needed a professional, credible online presence to grow her practice.
The need
The real challenge: making a profession still little known to the general public clear and accessible — kinesiology, EFT, primitive reflexes, psychogenealogy — inspiring trust, and above all converting the visitor into a client, all without a tool that’s complicated to manage day to day for a sole practitioner.
Solution
I designed a single-page showcase site that unfolds a genuine journey of discovery: you meet Karine, you understand who should consult and why, you explore her approaches, you picture how a session unfolds, you’re reassured by the testimonials and the FAQ, then you book. Appointments are made directly online, in a few clicks, with no manual calendar management and no email back-and-forth.
Key decisions
Design
- Full interface design: art direction, layout and journey — then development and launch.
- A soft, natural art direction, true to the wellness field: a palette of sage greens, cream and taupe, plenty of whitespace, and refined typography pairing an elegant serif with a modern sans-serif.
- Radiating calm, trust and kindness from the very first second — true to her sign-off, “Bienveilleusement vôtre.”
Method & engineering
- A journey built for conversion: each section answers one of the prospective client’s hesitations — is this serious? is it right for me? how does it work? how much does it cost? — to remove the doubts one by one.
- Teaching without clutter: “learn more” panels detail each approach on demand, without weighing down the reading.
- Mobile-first with local SEO: most “kinesiologist near me” searches happen on a phone; particular care given to visibility on Google and to clean sharing on social media.
The design
Before reading a single word, the visitor had to feel in the right place: calm, at ease. The whole direction serves that first impression — it’s what decides whether someone books.
Outcome
A fast, elegant, self-sufficient site that serves both as a professional calling card and a booking tool — and that turns a visit into a client with nothing to manage day to day.
